Benjamin Gerald founded NTXGen Advisors with the belief that financial planning should help people make better decisions about their lives, not simply manage their money.

As a financial advisor, Benjamin works with clients to bring the different pieces of their financial lives together into a more coordinated strategy. His approach begins with understanding what matters most to each client, where they want to go, and what decisions may stand between where they are today and the life they are working toward.

Rather than looking at investments, retirement, insurance, taxes, estate planning, and other financial decisions in isolation, Benjamin focuses on how those decisions interact. He believes clients are best served when they understand not only what is being recommended, but why it matters and how it fits into the bigger picture.

That philosophy helped shape NTXGen Advisors. Benjamin wanted to build a firm centered on thoughtful advice, candid conversations, collaboration, and long-term relationships. His goal is to help clients gain greater clarity around their finances so they can spend less time wondering whether they are making the right decisions and more time focusing on the people, opportunities, and experiences that matter to them.

Outside of work, Benjamin values time with family and friends and enjoys creating experiences and memories with the people closest to him.

For Eric Reed, financial planning starts with getting to know the person before getting into the numbers.

As Founder and Financial Advisor at NTXGen Advisors, Eric works closely with clients to understand what is important to them, the questions they are trying to answer, and the decisions they may be facing. He believes the strongest financial relationships are built over time through trust, accessibility, and conversations that go beyond account balances and investment performance.

Eric helps clients evaluate investments, retirement strategies, insurance needs, and other financial decisions within the context of their broader goals. His approach is collaborative and straightforward. He wants clients to feel comfortable asking questions, discussing concerns, and understanding the reasoning behind the strategies they consider.

As a founder of NTXGen, Eric also helps shape the firm’s approach to client relationships and long-term service. He works alongside the rest of the advisory team so clients have a group of people who know their circumstances and can remain a resource as life changes.

Whether a client is preparing for retirement, navigating a major transition, or simply trying to make smarter decisions with what they have built, Eric focuses on helping them move forward with greater confidence.

Outside of the office, Eric enjoys spending time with family and friends and staying connected to the people and community around him.

A financial plan is only valuable if the decisions behind it are carried through. Jamie Gerald helps make sure that happens.

As Vice President of Operations for NTXGen Advisors, Jamie oversees many of the day-to-day processes that turn conversations and recommendations into action. She works closely with clients, advisors, financial institutions, and other partners to coordinate account administration, paperwork, applications, transfers, service requests, and the many details involved in implementing a financial plan.

Jamie believes the client experience should remain personal and organized long after a planning meeting ends. Financial services can involve complicated processes, unfamiliar paperwork, and multiple institutions, and her role is to help make those steps easier for clients to navigate.

Her focus on communication and follow-through helps ensure clients understand what is happening, what may be needed from them, and what comes next. Whether she is coordinating an important transaction, following up with an outside institution, or helping resolve a service issue, Jamie works to keep things moving and make the process feel as seamless as possible.

Behind the scenes, Jamie also plays an important role in the systems and processes that allow the NTXGen team to consistently deliver a high level of service.
